“ITWorks Because God Works”

When work feels uncertain, ITWorks helps you find your purpose again — one prayer, one plan, and one opportunity at a time.

ITWorks is a faith-based employment and purpose discovery program that blends career support with spiritual renewal. Whether you’re looking for a new job, searching for direction, or ready to step into your calling, our team walks with you every step of the way.

Through guided sessions with our Faith Alignment Director, one-on-one mentorship with a Community Workforce Connector, and participation in our prayer circles led by the Reign Chaplain, clients learn that finding work is more than just landing a job — it’s aligning with God’s plan for your life.

Every client receives personalized career coaching, résumé and LinkedIn support, interview preparation, and spiritual encouragement through a faith-rooted process that restores confidence and clarity.

And because we believe in breaking barriers, ITWorks also offers Jordan Lift — an optional transportation program that helps participants get to interviews, new jobs, and ITWorks sessions.
