Volunteer Community Workforce Connector (CWC)
Are you passionate about helping others find meaningful work?
Our CWCs walk alongside clients as they rebuild their confidence and career paths through prayer, mentorship, and real-world job placement support.
What You’ll Do:
Build authentic relationships with local employers
Help clients prepare resumes, interviews, and job applications
Provide encouragement, accountability, and reflection sessions
Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly in-person trainings (travel covered)
Volunteer-to-Paid Transition:
This is a volunteer certification-based role for the first 6 weeks while training and building your initial caseload of 10 clients.
Once 3 CWCs reach full caseloads, active Connectors will transition to paid, part-time roles with long-term growth potential.
