SoftLine Faith Support is a faith-based, non-clinical service designed to provide spiritual encouragement, guidance, and practical support for life’s challenges. Our goal is to disciple and empower clients, helping them grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually—all within a framework rooted in faith.
Unlike traditional therapy, SoftLine focuses on integrating prayer, scripture reflection, and faith-based practices into every session. Clients receive personalized support, journaling prompts, devotional tools, and structured reflection to build resilience, hope, and purpose in a spiritually guided way.
We also offer the Grace Vault, a pool of emergency support calls available for clients who may need immediate guidance or prayer between scheduled sessions. Each client has access to emergency calls based on their package, giving peace of mind that spiritual support is just a call away when it’s needed most.

Each package provides a mix of scheduled support calls, prayer and scripture check-ins, journaling prompts, and faith-building resources—tailored to your needs and level of support desired.

SoftLine Home Support: Faith & Home Health Services is currently preparing to open for care. We are building a compassionate, in-home support program designed to help individuals remain safe, independent, and emotionally supported in the comfort of their homes.
During this preparation phase, we are:
Completing state licensing and compliance requirements
Training and certifying caregivers through our Faith in Care™ model
Finalizing partnerships with healthcare providers, churches, and community organizations
Coordinating schedules for family assessments and in-home support services
When launched, SoftLine Home Support will offer:
Personal care assistance
Companion support and gentle household help
Meal preparation and daily living assistance
Mobility and comfort support
Optional prayer, devotion, or emotional encouragement—only if desired by the client or family

Trenna’s Blessing
A SoftLine Faith Support Initiative
Faith in action through prayer and giving.
Trenna’s Blessing is a faith-based outreach initiative under the SoftLine Faith Support Division of Crossing the Jordan Services, LLC.
Created in loving memory of Trenna, this program reflects her spirit of prayer, compassion, and generosity. It provides short-term financial assistance for individuals and families in need of essential support — such as help with bills, school supplies, food, or other urgent needs (up to $500).
Each request is carefully reviewed and prayed over by our SoftLine Faith Support team. When you give toward a blessing, you’re not just meeting a need — you’re joining in prayer, discipleship, and kingdom impact.

This will not be counseling or therapy.
This is spiritual companionship — gentle listening, encouragement, scripture reflection, and prayer.
