Motherhood Transition Specialist
Welcome to the Maternal Sanctuary: Meet Our MTS Cohort
The heavy lifting of early recovery is complete, but your long-term stability is just beginning. At exactly six weeks postpartum—the moment traditional doula care concludes—our Motherhood Transition Specialists (MTS) step directly into your home to take custody of your household rhythm, protect your core rest cycles, and preserve your complete mental peace. Taught by a Master Social Worker, this elite cohort acts as your personal household shield, ensuring you never have to cross your transition into sustainable motherhood alone.
Launch Your Career in Maternal Health: Professional MTS Opportunities
When you complete the CTJS Academy Motherhood Transition Specialist (MTS) training curriculum, you aren’t just receiving a certificate—you are gaining an elite, MSW-vetted credential that makes you a highly competitive asset across the entire perinatal health landscape. The structural sanctuary engineering, data-driven charting, and maternal-risk triage protocols you master in our Google Classroom and practical clinics prepare you to step directly into high-impact roles at regional hospitals, premier pediatric practices, community non-profits, and public health organizations like Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies. Best of all, because we are actively scaling our regional care footprint across southwestern Georgia, top-performing graduates from our training cohorts may have the exclusive opportunity to be directly hired as active field specialists at River of Life upon completion of the program.
